The ORC has two competitions for club members. The long-standing Challenge Series awards points for placing in your age group in designated races. The newly launched Race to Win promotes distance, at any speed. Points are awarded just for finishing, whether first last or somewhere in the middle. The ORC Challenge is a race series comprised of ten selected events throughout the season. It's intent is to promote friendly competition and camaraderie between club members. Results will be available on this website. Listed below is the schedule for the 2007-2008 season. 2007

The ORC is announcing a new club competition with the Race to Win. This new program rewards runners not for finishing first, just for finishing. Anyone can win, whether you are first or last, as long as you are an ORC member and make it to the finish line. Each mile of racing earns a point, and at the end of the year we will recognize runners with the most points. For full details, click here.
